Partner Mary M. White Schneider traveled to Little Rock on October 2nd, 2012 to take part in a training presented by the Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission and the National Judicial College titled “Presenting Programs Effectively: Faculty Development Workshop”. Mary was one of only eighteen people chosen from the state of Arkansas to attend the training which focused on effective teaching methods for alternative dispute resolution. As a result of this program Mary will now be in a pool of individuals that can be selected to teach and lead seminars on the topics.
Mary is a partner and has been with the firm since 2001. Her main areas of practice include domestic relations, family law, litigation, mediation and ad litem. Her family law and mediation practices make up an important part of her practice and she has given many speeches and presentations on the topics in the past.
