Drew Miller, head of the firm’s criminal defense team in Rogers, recently represented a Bentonville, Arkansas man accused of sexual indecency with a child and sexual assault in the second degree, both felonies. At the close of trial, the Benton County jury found our client not guilty on all counts. He faced up to a maximum of twenty six years in prison for the alleged crimes.
