Miller Butler is excited to announce that we have moved our Fayetteville office into a new space in the entertainment district! Our firm is proud to have a presence in both Rogers and Fayetteville, and our new Fayetteville office offers more space and options for us and our clients. Here’s what you need to know:
Location and Parking
Our new office is located at 323 W. Spring Street in Fayetteville, just steps away from the best arts and entertainment in Northwest Arkansas. People with meetings or other business at our Fayetteville office can park in the Spring Street Parking Deck located behind the Walton Arts Center, or in the numbered parking spaces along Spring Street or School Avenue. Parking in these areas is free weekdays until 2:00 p.m. and then 50 cents per hour after that.
People in Fayetteville
Our Fayetteville office is home to five attorneys and two staff members who are ready to help you with a variety of legal needs:
Kristin is a partner at Miller Butler who specializes in family law (i.e. divorce, child custody), as well as other civil matters and criminal defense. Kristin is a native of Northwest Arkansas and an active member of the community. She has been a key part of the firm since 2003.
George is also a partner at Miller Butler and he has practiced with the firm since 2013. George is a seasoned civil litigator who represents both plaintiffs and defendants
in a wide range of lawsuits, including civil rights issues, contract/business disputes, construction issues, and appeals. If you have a legal issue, there’s a good chance George has dealt with a similar case before.
John is a Miller Butler partner and has been with the firm since 2014. He primarily handles all types of criminal defense cases, in addition to immigration issues and some civil matters. John has a passion for serving the underprivileged to make sure their voices are heard.
Victoria is Miller Butler’s newest partner, but she has been part of the firm since 2013. Like Kristin, Victoria represents clients in domestic matters, civil issues, and criminal defense. She is also a certified mediator in domestic relations and probate matters and is available to help you settle these legal issues.
Robert is an associate who has been with Miller Butler since 2021. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in various civil litigation matters through all stages of a lawsuit or appeal. Because Robert is licensed to practice law throughout Arkansas and Texas, he is ready to help clients with legal matters in both states.
Audrey is one of our Fayetteville office’s two legal assistants. She is usually the first person you hear or see when calling or visiting our Fayetteville office. Audrey assists George, John, and Robert with their legal work.
Lali is our other legal assistant located in Fayetteville. Lali has worked for us before, and we are happy to have her at the firm again after she recently moved back to Northwest Arkansas. Lali is fluent in Spanish and is happy to help our clients that may need help translating. Lali is Kristin and Victoria’s assistant.
