SaVannah Reading is a family law attorney who handles cases all across Northwest Arkansas.
SaVannah joined the firm in February of 2018 after beginning her legal career as an attorney for the Arkansas Department of Human Services where she handled child abuse and neglect cases.
SaVannah’s compassion, hard work, and dedication to her clients help her excel in the practice of family law. She is a zealous advocate for her clients both in and out of the courtroom, recognizing that complex family law matters require creative solutions tailored to your family situation. SaVannah has experience handling many family law matters including divorce, custody, visitation, spousal support/alimony, complex financial matters involved with the dissolution of a marriage, child support, visitation issues, paternity (recognizing or establishing a parental relationship, visitation, custody, and support), post-divorce custody modification and/or contempt proceedings (violations concerning court orders), grandparent visitation rights, adoption (contested or uncontested), guardianships (incapacitated adult or minor children); marital agreements (including pre and postnuptial agreements); dependency-neglect cases, administrative appeals with the Arkansas Department of Human Services, and appeals for various family law issues. She is also a certified Attorney ad Litem, representing children in cases where custody is at issue.
SaVannah is an Arkansas native. She was born in Northwest Arkansas and grew up in the River Valley. She graduated from Greenwood High School and attained her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from the University of Arkansas. After graduating, she moved to Iowa to work as a TV anchor and reporter. As a journalist, she interviewed presidential candidates and told the unique stories of the people of Iowa and Minnesota. She moved back home to attend law school at the University of Arkansas and graduated summa cum laude. While in law school, she studied abroad in Rome, Italy, was a member of the Arkansas Law Review, and was a semi-finalist in the law school’s moot court competition.
When she is not working, SaVannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing with her dog Bonnie, traveling, being outdoors, and being a part of the Northwest Arkansas community.
